Parchment is a secure platform for sending AASD transcripts electronically. Current students can request transcripts for no charge.

Typical transcript requests that go through Parchment:

• Final HS transcripts
• NCAA Eligibility
• Job
• College transfers ($5.00 Fee)

Students do not need to complete a separate North waiver.

Your student accounts in Parchment and Common App have built-in permissions, allowing North staff to send transcripts at the student's request.

For your initial Common application, no, do not use Parchment.  Your Counselor will send your transcript as part of the required “School Report”.

For your final transcript (8-semester transcript) - YES use Parchment.

For your initial UW application, no. As part of the UW application, students may personally upload the transcript. (Located in Infinite Campus under documents)

For your final transcript (8-semester transcript) - YES use Parchment.

Every year FVTC has a free application event which takes place at the beginning of October.  For this event, you have access to your transcript through Infinite Campus.

For any transcript requests by FVTC, initial or final transcript, YES use Parchment.

No, you do not need to complete the profile to make a transcript request. However, students may need to make sure that the populated data reflects the appropriate graduation year.

Here are the steps to Change your graduation year:

1. Login to parchment.com > Click Profile > Account Settings > Transcripts.

2. Under Class of, select the correct year in the drop-down menu.

Click Save settings.

Transcripts are free for current students.  If you are being asked to pay, double-check that you have selected 11th grade as the highest education completed and that you have entered the correct graduation year.

Here are the steps to Change your graduation year:

1. Login to parchment.com > Click Profile > Account Settings > Transcripts.

2. Under Class of, select the correct year in the drop-down menu.

3. Click Save settings.

If you continue to have a payment request, please see Mrs. Walker in the counseling office.

• Semester 1 transcript (7th semester): the 1st week in February at the earliest.
• Semester 2 (final transcript): No later than July 1st.

All high schools in AASD share one transcript. At the end of each semester, AASD compiles transcript information from 9 high schools. After all grades are entered on the transcript by the AASD technology department, each high school will check for correctness, including GPAs and rank. This process takes 2-3 weeks.

Seniors who need a 7th-semester transcript before an updated transcript is posted (After Semester 1): Contact your counselor. Give your counselor the contact information for where an updated transcript would be sent. Your counselor will send a letter to the organization including a semester grade report.

Seniors who need an 8th-semester transcript before an updated transcript is posted (After Semester 2): Contact the counseling office and relay details of the transcript request. Colleges are understanding of the wait time that occurs after each semester and appreciate correctness over expediency.

Parchment transcript requests are placed on “Hold for grades” until the final transcript is ready. We will send out all requested final transcripts as soon as possible, no later than July 1st.

Any transcript requests received after July 1st will be processed on a rolling basis- typically within 2-3 business days.

Counselors DO send initial transcripts through Common App only. (Common App provides a secure platform to send official transcripts).

Final transcripts are ready to send after North staff has been dismissed for the summer. Parchment is a secure platform for sending transcripts electronically and can be completed by summer office staff.

Although both UWO and North use Parchment, our systems are not connected. Students need to create an AASD Parchment account.

Colleges do not accept “college” credit from high schools. Students must request a college transcript (using their UWO or FVTC student account). Requested transcripts should be sent directly to the college where they have enrolled for the fall term.
